Application Instructions

Enter the information requested in each tab. Please note, required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the school will receive the data exactly as it is entered, so please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation.

The application can be saved at any point and returned to by clicking "Save Draft" at the bottom of the application form.

When the application is complete, click "Review your Application" and check your data before submitting.

Click "Submit and Pay" and enter the necessary payment information to finish.
